About Our Classes

We are certified wellness instructors with additional training in meditation and trauma yoga. We also carry liability insurance and are trained in Emergency First Aid and CPR. Our classes are customized to fit the needs of your company. Our classes are accessible to all-levels and are suitable for almost anyone, even absolute beginners. We recommend offering classes at least twice a week but offering classes once a week still leaves noticeable results. We offer corporate wellness services to businesses in Las Vegas and surrounding areas. We offer several classes that can be customized to your group.
