During your first session we take the time to discuss goals and expectations. After evaluating your needs, we create a customized plan for YOU.

Standard sessions are 60 minutes long. Sessions include a balance of yoga, meditation & breathing exercises. Your session can take place in your home, office or a space where you feel comfortable.
